Paddy, is the full body of rice in husk. Paddy on further process an oil is obtained, and the oil used for both as food & in industrial usage. Broken rice from paddy is used in brewing, distilling, rice as food, and rice flour for breads. Husks are also used for fuel, packing material, industrial grinding, fertilizer manufacturing.
